Where we will be applying the greater focus will be on clearing your energetic field and activating a higher frequency within you, in order to have you move from a highly magnetic and potent state of being. Such that new opportunities come to you, and you are able to take big bold steps out into the spaces you want to empower.

Rather than focusing on building your mindset, or having you repeat a set of positive affirmations, we are going to use the power of your imagination and your connection to your subconscious mind through your body, to listen to and clear the resistance to you showing up in your power.

Imagine that every time a challenging emotion came up, you no longer had to fear it, in fact you become eager as you recognized that there was an opportunity present for you to step further into your power, through the challenging emotion rising to the surface.

My Sacred Obsession

My obsession is to explore the depths of embodied development, creativity, and music, combining these within transformational spaces in a deeply impactful way for both individuals and groups.

My story related to my obsession has been one of growing into it. When I first started on the path, I simply wanted to have my own business, which was driven by an unquenchable curiosity. How can I bridge two worlds that are meaningful to me? The first was the field of embodiment where I experienced some of my biggest transformations, combining this with the nonprofit sector, where I had a love for community, the betterment of kids, and the dedicated service providers who sacrifice a lot to ensure communities get the services and help they need.

At the time, there was so much shedding that needed to happen to help me come into fuller alignment with my sacred obsession. Fresh out of the working world, I was used to the give to get mentality, "I give you my time, you gave me a paycheck." I didn’t know how to connect directly to my obsession beyond the fear of not making money. I was also very green when it came to understanding how to build trust in the business world and what contract work was all about. Luckily I had some strong mentors, including in the training and development world.

I started out on my path offering embodied leadership and team development workshops for organizations in the nonprofit sector back in 2018. It took me about 3 years to finally get traction getting consistent contracts to run my workshops. This all happened right before the shut down.

Although at the time, this felt like the worst possible thing that could happen, I was still connected to the flame within that continued to slowly burn. Next I started focusing on integrative coaching based on the certification I received. I would love to say that the path was smooth but nothing could be further from the truth, in fact, it was even more rocky than establishing the contract work part of my business. Transformational to be exact, and that was the point.

Looking back, I see the purpose behind all the struggles and challenges that I had to go through. It helped me to strengthen, and to be able to hold the full charge of my sacred obsession. And to be at a place today, to have a full understanding of the territory, and to help my clients navigate their own healthy preoccupations.

I dedicate my obsession to my Dad, the one who taught me to never stop following the music in my soul. Who provided the environment to help me to understand the value of holding my charge through all the fluctuations brought about by life.Thank you dad, I love you!
